Driver Rosco McGlashan Visits the CMT Workshop

On the 5th of August, CMT was lucky enough to have a visit from a famous driver, Rosco McGlashan.

Mr McGlashan, and his car, Aussie Invader, broke the Australian land speed record of 500 miles per hour in 1994. While our feats are nowhere near as amazing, Mr McGlashan seemed genuinely interested in our project which shares some aspects with his own such as sponsorship and designing for speed, albeit at a much lower level. It was fascinating to have an insight from one of Australia's best known drivers on cars, speed and engineering design. We thank Mr McGlashan for his time—it was certainly a pleasure having him in the workshop with us and getting the opportunity to show him what we do.
